Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this clean brand-new hotel. The room was good-sized with modern design, ideal for me. Unbeatable location, very very helpful staff especially the manager. Moreover, it was right by walking paths, the centre of the walking street and sunrise and sunset beach.

We stayed at a centrally located hotel that was in the heart of everything. It was just a short walk to the beautiful beaches and we could easily explore the island. The room was cozy and comfortable, with beds tucked away in nooks for added privacy. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. Plus, there was a good common area where we could enjoy complimentary tea and coffee.

The wifi was unfortunately unreliable and often unavailable during our stay.

it was a pretty standard and great affordable hotel in a good area, not far from the restaurant across the street, the lively beach in kohlipe and the ferry. new-fashioned rooms with a balcony, felt like home. everything seemed perfect, fairly clean and the staff were best and fairly friendly people especially the manager.

The hotel did not offer beach towels, which would have been a convenient addition for older guests wanting to enjoy the nearby beaches.

Surprisingly quiet and great location in the center of Lipe. The facilities are brand new, making the whole stay pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel is close to numerous restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and even the island hospital. They even have their own mini-market for convenience. Housekeeping did an excellent job and even provided fresh fruit on some days. I will recommend this hotel.

Traveling to Koh Lipe for a few days, we stayed at A Plus Deluxe. The hotel's location was unbeatable, situated in the heart of the lively Walking Street and just a 5-minute walk from Bundhaya immigration. The staff were friendly, pretty, and always ready to assist. Our room was spacious enough for two people and came with a mini fridge. The daily supply of complimentary fruits was a delightful touch. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.
